UK Standard Delivery 2-4 working days free over £80
If you select this option, parcels weighing less than 2.5kg will be sent with Royal Mail so keep your eyes peeled for your local postie! For larger orders (between 2.5kg and 20kg), we will use a courier, which will require a signature upon delivery.

UK Next Working Day Delivery, Monday to Friday (£6.95)
Order by 5pm for delivery on the next working day (3pm on Sundays for a Monday delivery). Orders will be sent via courier, with deliveries usually taking place between 8am and 8pm, and will require a signature. Orders placed between 5pm Thursday and 3pm Sunday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed between 3pm Sunday and 5pm Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.

UK Saturday Delivery (£8.95)
Order by 5pm on Friday and select 'UK Saturday Delivery' at checkout for delivery on Saturday. Orders will be sent via courier, with deliveries usually taking place between 8am and 8pm, and will require a signature. Orders placed after 5pm on Friday and have 'UK Saturday Delivery' selected will be delivered on the following Saturday.

Votre commande sera traitée dans les 24H puis expédiée. Les livraisons se font par Colissimo en 48h  à 72h pour la France métropolitaine et sont offertes dès 50€ d'achats et 80€ pour le reste de l'Europe

 

Nous vous invitons à être très précis lorsque vous renseignez le champ adresse : code porte, interphone, fond de cour, étage, lieu dit, n’hésitez pas à ajouter dans la case commentaire toutes les informations pouvant aider le livreur à accomplir sa mission. Votre téléphone est aussi une aide précieuse pour notre ami le livreur qui en use lorsqu’il ne vous trouve pas.

Pendant la période des fêtes de Noël (du 15 octobre au 31 décembre), ainsi qu'en période de confinement liée au Covid-19, HOSTOA se réserve le droit d’allonger le délai de livraison selon l’afflux de commandes lui parvenant. Colissimo a également la possibilité de changer de point relais en cas de saturation du point relais initalement sélectionné.

 

La livraison ne peut pas s'effectuer en boîtes postales, ni en HUB Armées.

Can I return my product if it arrives melted, or melts while I've stored it?

Products labeled with our melt warning symbol are designed to melt around body temperature. Especially in the summer months or in hot climates, it’s possible for these products to melt while in transit. If products with a melt warning arrive melted, we won’t be able to replace or refund them, so order at your own risk! To avoid disappointment in hot climates or seasons, we recommend purchasing meltable products at your local shop. If melting does happen, in most cases you can simply pop the product into the fridge to solidify and they’ll still be usable (though may not look as pretty!). Once they’ve arrived, keep meltable products in a cool spot away from direct sunlight.
